___________
Fine & Country is a global network of licensed real estate offices specialising in the marketing and sale of luxury residential property. The Fine & Country Foundation offers small grants to help combat homelessness and prevent poverty in the UK and overseas.
The Fine & Country Foundation operates from the Fine & Country Head Office in Mayfair, London. However, Fine & Country offices are located across the United Kingdom and internationally. For this reason, the Trust is more likely to make grants to organisations that have a Fine & Country office in their area.
Locations of Fine and Country offices across the UK, together with a postcode finder, can be found on the Fine & Country website.
Please note that all applications must be signed by a Fine & Country representative. Charities must be nominated by a Fine & Country agent for a grant, who must complete Section 1 of the application from to confirm their nomination of the charity. Applications which have not been signed by a Fine & Country representative will not be accepted.
UK registered charities and international charities may apply for a grant of up to £3,000 with no matched funding requirement.
Grants are open to homeless charities, poverty prevention schemes and housing associations. Grants must be used for prevention of homelessness, care of the homeless or constructive projects to help get homeless people off of the streets.
A number of case studies of previously funded organisations is available on the Foundation’s website (the website is slightly out of date).
The Foundation operates two grant rounds each year:
1. Spring/Summer round – application deadline Monday 31st March 2025. The round opens at the start of March. Applications are assessed in April and funds are distributed in May, and
2. Autumn/Winter round – application deadline Friday 31st October 2025. The round opens at the start of October. Applications are assessed in November and funds are distributed in December.
Further information, guidance and an application form is available on the Foundation’s website.
