Shaping Dementia Care in Powys

One of the key projects underway as part of the implementation of the All Wales Dementia Care Pathway of Standards is the creation of a new dementia navigator role.

Funded by Welsh Government, this new role is designed to provide essential support and guidance to individuals living with dementia and their families.

To ensure this role is effective and impactful, the views and experiences of people in Powys will play a vital role in shaping the development of the dementia navigator position.
