Community Connectors February Network Meetings

Our Community Connectors network meetings are held every quarter, bringing together local residents, community groups, and organizations to foster collaboration and positive change.

These sessions offer a valuable platform to:

• Discuss key health and wellbeing issues in the community.
• Identify gaps in local services.
• Work together to develop impactful solutions
