Carers Awareness Training Via Zoom

Join the upcoming Carers Awareness training sessions provided by Credu, conducted online via Zoom.

Course Overview:

This training aims to equip participants to support Young and Adult Carers, ensuring they have equitable life opportunities. Carers provide 96% of care in Wales, saving Welsh services over £8 billion annually. Despite their critical role, carers often face health, education, and financial challenges. Early identification and support can significantly impact their lives.

Learning Objectives:

• Gain an understanding of young and adult carers
• Explore the legal obligations related to carers
• Learn effective methods to identify carers within your role
• Develop strategies to support and acknowledge carers’ contributions
• Discover additional resources for information and support
