Bevan Commission report highlights innovative solutions to help tackle Wales’ healthcare waiting times
The recent publication titled “Why Wait? Building on Proven Initiatives to Reduce Waits in Wales” is now available for review.
This publication compiles a series of Bevan Exemplar projects that have been successfully implemented, demonstrating significant reductions in waiting times.
By sharing these initiatives across all Health Boards in Wales and promoting their adoption, it is hoped that they will help address the ongoing challenge of reducing waiting times.
Additionally, the Commission has developed a sustainable Adopt and Spread Framework, designed to systematically integrate and embed these projects into existing practices. Support is welcomed to further advance these efforts and foster broader adoption.
