BBC Children in Need Emergency Essentials Programme

The Family Fund, together with its parent charity, delivers the BBC Children in Need Emergency Essentials Programme. This programme supports children and young people in crisis by providing essential items to meet their most basic needs. These items range from a bed to sleep in or a cooker for preparing hot meals, to other critical resources and services that contribute to a child’s overall well-being.

All applications must be made by a registered referrer and the programme has limited funding. Read more HERE

Programme status update

The BBC Children in  Need Emergency Essentials Programme has now reopened, operating as normal, and we aim to process applications within 10 working days.

As usual, please only contact us about an application if absolutely necessary, to prevent delays to that application being processed.
