Supporting Dementia Activities in Powys 2025

PAVO has secured a short term fund to strengthen and enhance existing Powys Dementia Cafes, Dementia grass root projects or organisations who provide a provision or support for those with Dementia and their carers.

This is a one-off fund, following the provision of Welsh Government money via Powys Teaching Health Board to support the work of Dementia Navigators across Powys.

Please note: Groups currently receiving money from this funding source are ineligible to apply.

Successful applicants are asked to promote the Dementia Navigator role using information provided.
