Exploring Caring – unlock your full potential as a carer

The course aims to unlock existing skills in a safe and supportive environment and to deepen the understanding of the self in that journey, the course is perfect for anyone on their caring journey whether a new carer or someone looking to build on their existing knowledge.

We are looking for 10 participants to attend the four sessions,  dates are on the flyers and will provide more details around the locations once we have established where the most interest lies to maximise the effectiveness of resources.
