The afternoon included Workshop Sessions on topics such as ‘Social Return on Investment (Demonstrating value in £s)’, ‘Re-inventing your volunteer engagement’, ‘Valuing our Stories - the role of narrative in demonstrating impact’, ‘Nothing About Us Without Us - The reality of working with citizens in the design and delivery of services’ and ‘Valuing your Workforce & Volunteers - an introduction to Compassionate Leadership’.
There as also a Third Sector Market Place giving the opportunity to promote organisations and to connect with colleagues from across the sector and with Powys partners.
PAVO’s AGM and Annual Conference provides a great opportunity to meet other colleagues in the sector, as well as partners in other sectors to share information and good practice.
