• The Arena Party are responsible for helping the stewards to set up the Main Ring, Horse Ring and Cattle Ring for competitions and displays.
• The team will be required to carry out basic physical duties including some lifting, moving crowd barriers to sub divide the judging ring, setting up jumps and any other equipment for displays. The layout of the rings can change several times during the day.
• The team should consist of eight people aged 18 or over and they will be provided with meal vouchers.
• The team would be required from Sunday afternoon through to the Thursday evening. However there will be frequent breaks during the day as the team are not required all the time.
• A timetable will be provided and the team will liaise with the stewards and assist with any other additional duties which may arise.
• The Society would be willing to give a donation to the local charity or volunteer group.
